MILK™ Travel Pack Limited-Time Sampling Campaign

1. Campaign Overview
   1.1. The MILK™ Travel Pack Limited-Time Sampling Campaign (“Campaign”) offers customers the opportunity to redeem up to two (2) packs of four (4) diapers per customer, free of charge, while stocks last.
   1.2. The Campaign is limited to the first 2,000 members redeemed through the MILK website during the campaign period, from 18th January 2025 to 28th February 2025, inclusive.
   1.3. The Campaign is available only to residents of Peninsular Malaysia, and does not include Sabah and Sarawak. The offer is subject to availability and applicable local laws.

2. Eligibility
   2.1. To participate in the Campaign, customers must complete the online registration on the MILK website at www.themilkinc.com/sign-up-and-get-free-samples/ and provide accurate and complete information.
   2.2. Each customer is entitled to only one (1) redemption per person, regardless of the number of entries or email addresses used. Flying Baby Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to verify and reject any fraudulent or duplicate registrations.
   2.3. The Campaign is available only to individuals aged 18 years and older. By participating, you confirm that you meet the age requirement.
3. Redemption Process
   3.1. To redeem the travel packs, customers must register their details on the MILK website at www.themilkinc.com/sign-up-and-get-free-samples/ during the campaign period.
   3.2. Successful registrants will receive a notification via email confirming their eligibility for the travel packs.
   3.3. The redemption is subject to stock availability. Once the travel packs have been fully claimed, the Campaign will end, even if the campaign period has not yet expired. Flying Baby Sdn. Bhd. is not responsible for any stock shortages and will not process any redemptions after the stock has been exhausted.

4. Value of Travel Packs
   4.1. Each customer will receive two (2) packs of four (4) diapers. This is provided free of charge, subject to the terms of this Campaign.
   4.2. The travel packs are strictly for personal use and cannot be resold or exchanged for cash.
5. Delivery Fees and Shipping
   5.1. Flying Baby Sdn. Bhd. will cover the cost of standard delivery for the travel packs within Peninsular Malaysia.
   5.2. Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery address provided is accurate. Flying Baby Sdn. Bhd. will not be liable for any undelivered or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
   5.3. Delivery is available only within Peninsular Malaysia, and the packs will be shipped once the successful registration and notification have been completed.
6. Limitations and Exclusions
   6.1. Flying Baby Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to disqualify any participant who fails to comply with these T&Cs, engages in fraudulent activity, or violates any applicable laws.
   6.2. The Campaign is non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other promotions or offers.
   6.3. Flying Baby Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Campaign at any time for any reason, without prior notice, and will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from such changes.
   6.4. This Campaign is not available to employees, affiliates, agents, or immediate family members of Flying Baby Sdn. Bhd.
7. Personal Data
   7.1. By participating in this Campaign, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of administering the Campaign and notifying you of future offers and promotions.
   7.2. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy available at www.themilkinc.com and will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
8. No Cash Alternative
   8.1. The travel packs are non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered for the redeemed packs. The travel packs are strictly for personal use and cannot be resold or exchanged.
9. Liability
   9.1. Flying Baby Sdn. Bhd. is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from the use of the travel packs or participation in the Campaign.
   9.2. Flying Baby Sdn. Bhd. is not responsible for any issues with internet access, technical failures, or any other disruptions that may prevent you from registering or redeeming your packs.
10. Force Majeure
    10.1. Flying Baby Sdn. Bhd. will not be held liable for failure to fulfill any aspect of the Campaign due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, war, or technical difficulties.
11. Governing Law
    11.1. These T&Cs are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the Campaign will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
12. Campaign Period
    12.1. The Campaign will run from 18th January 2025 to 28th February 2025. All redemption requests must be completed and successful before the expiry of the campaign period. Once the maximum redemption limit of 2,000 members is reached, the Campaign will conclude regardless of the campaign end date.

14. Right to Amend Terms and Conditions
    14.1. Flying Baby Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion, subject to company policies and applicable laws.
    14.2. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will be posted on the MILK website at www.themilkinc.com, and continued participation in the Campaign after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
