Nearly 80 pairs of expectant parents recently gathered at Nexus, Bangsar South for an Antenatal Bootcamp in Kuala Lumpur, organized by Parenthood Media Network in partnership with Pantai Hospital Kuala Lumpur.

The session covered practical topics including labor preparation, newborn care and breastfeeding, with hospital specialists sharing guidance alongside hands-on activities.

MILK™ joined the day with a diaper-changing challenge for dads-to-be, giving them a chance to practice changing a diaper before baby arrives. MILK™ also contributed prizes to the event’s lucky draw.

For parents-to-be, hands-on antenatal classes and newborn preparation can help make the transition into parenthood a little less daunting.
