MILK hosted its inaugural Exclusive Celebration, gathering shareholders, VIPs, and media for a day dedicated to purity, safety, and vision. The event held at Kuala Lumpur Golf Club & Country, designed to underscore the brand’s commitment to chemical-free baby care, began with an unexpected and engaging Diaper Challenge involving the company’s shareholders and founders, highlighting the lighthearted and confident spirit of the MILK™ team. 

Vision from Aviation to Baby Care

The main programme centered around the core mission of MILK™: making safe baby products accessible globally. 

Attendees were treated to a powerful video titled ‘From Airlines to Diapers,’ charting the extraordinary journey of Co-Founder Datuk Kamarudin Meranun. The video detailed his transition from revolutionizing the aviation industry with AirAsia and making it affordable to entering the baby care sector, driven by a determination to offer safer, cleaner, and chemical-free diapers to babies everywhere without breaking the bank.  

  • Co-Founder’s Address: Datuk Kamarudin Meranun took the stage, reinforcing the brand’s philosophy. “My core vision is to ensure all families, not just a certain group, can enjoy this safe, premium quality,” he stated, emphasizing the long-term commitment to health over short-term profit.  
  • Marketing Strategy: Following this, Chief Marketing Officer, John Teoh, outlined the brand’s ambitious global strategy, confirming plans for continued rapid expansion and market education as, “parents shouldn’t have to choose between safety, performance and price.” 

Experience the Difference 

A key interactive section was the Diaper Testing area, where guests were invited to perform hands-on tests to experience the premium quality of MILK™ baby diapers firsthand. Guests were visibly impressed by the diaper’s softness, breathability, and rapid absorption rate, tangible proof of the brand’s high-tech, chemical-free manufacturing process. Guests also had the chance to do a diaper challenge race, with the fastest winning a household item from Corvan 

The event saw attendance from several distinguished guests, including a surprise appearance by aviation legend Tony Fernandes, showing support for his long-time business partner’s new venture. 

A Star-Studded Finale 

The excitement reached its peak with a live TikTok coverage of the event, ensuring the message of safe and clean baby care reached a massive online audience. The day concluded with a breathtaking surprise performance by Malaysian songstress Datuk Siti Nurhaliza, bringing a memorable and glamorous finish to the highly successful event.
